1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences and to measure how it is used. We also include other client-side storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels) under the term "cookies" for clarity.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (security, consent state, language preference, session continuity). These do not require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand aggregate usage and improve the site. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
Marketing — currently unused. The toggle is available in your preferences for future use; nothing is loaded today.

4. Consent management
Consent on this site is managed through Cookiebot CMP, an IAB TCF v2.2-compliant consent platform. On your first visit a Cookiebot banner appears. Until you make a choice, no analytics or marketing scripts are loaded — only strictly necessary cookies are active. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all signals defaulted to "denied" before consent.

5. Withdrawing consent
Click "Manage cookie preferences" above (also available in the footer) and toggle Analytics or Marketing off, then save. Existing analytics cookies can additionally be removed via your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
